Oreo Pudding

1 bag Oreos, crushed 8 oz Cream Cheese 1/4 c Butter 1 c Powdered Sugar 3 c Milk 2 small boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding 1/2 tsp Vanilla 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed |
Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix milk and pudding, then chill until set. Fold in cool whip after pudding has set. Add cream cheese mix. Layer in a bowl with pudding, then oreos, until all is in second bowl. Chill until ready to serve. |
